Please read these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) carefully before using the Sivan TV mobile application and the website sivantv.com (together, the “Service”), operated by Arulmigu Sivan Kovil (“Sivan TV”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part, please do not use the Service.

1. Use of the Service

The Service provides access to a live television channel, an FM radio stream, and related devotional/informational content (“Content”) for personal, non-commercial use. You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of, or restrict or inhibit the use and enjoyment of the Service by, any third party.

2. Streaming Content

The TV and radio streams are provided on a “live/as-available” basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or continuous availability of any stream. Availability, quality, and buffering depend on your internet connection and on third-party streaming providers we use to deliver Content, which are outside our control.

3. Intellectual Property

All Content broadcast or made available through the Service, including but not limited to video, audio, text, graphics, logos, and the Sivan TV name and marks, is owned by or licensed to Arulmigu Sivan Kovil and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws. You may not copy, record, redistribute, rebroadcast, or create derivative works from the Content without our prior written permission, except for personal, non-commercial viewing/listening as intended by the Service.

4. Third-Party Links and Services

The Service contains links to third-party websites and services, including YouTube, Facebook, map providers, and streaming infrastructure providers. We do not control and are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of these third parties. Your use of any third-party service is governed by that party’s own terms.

5. No Warranties

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Arulmigu Sivan Kovil shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, use, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of, or inability to use, the Service.

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service, in whole or in part, at any time without notice. We may also update these Terms from time to time; changes take effect when posted on this page with a revised “Last updated” date. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

We reserve the right to restrict or terminate your access to the Service, without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Switzerland, without regard to its conflict of law provisions, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection laws that may apply in your country of residence.
